Hand in pants

Daddy and Alex were hanging out while Mommy had to go to Saturday school. We have gotten Alex's playpen back out to use as a sort of time out, yeah well as you can see he is not too threatened by it:)

Rocking and Talking

Alex is doing great. Talking all the time. His new favorite thing is coloring. Seriously, I spent 3 hours in his room the last few days coloring with him. He only has three colors, yellow, blue and black. I can only imagine how much fun he will have when he has the whole set.

He also loves going outside. Unfortunatly it has been too cold here for him to go outside, he is on an antibiotic for a sinus infection. Hopefully it will warm up soon, for his sake and mine.

PJ Time

These are my favorite pjs Alex has. They are glow in the dark skeletons.

These days Alex's vocabulary grows just about every hour. He picks new words up so fast, needless to say Blaine and I have to be a bit more careful about what we say around him. He still mostly says only one word sentences, but today he said Thank you Mommy and then later Thank you Daddy. That was the sweetest thing. Words he loves include barn and alarm, not quiet sure why??

He knows lots of animals: mouse, horsey, hippo, zebra, birdy, froggy... Not exactly sure why the "y" sound gets added to everything, but its cute:)
